Hostel in panama city

Anyone have a good suggestion for a hostel in panama city?

I stayed at Mamallena, Jan 2010. That is the place to stay, if youre looking to hook up with females. The owner, Stuart333 is an supercool australian forum member who also runs a travel agency, panamatravelunlimited.

My husband and I stayed at Hostel Familiar Amadora which was okay. We had a private room with bath and breakfast included for $35. The location was near the bus terminal (a $3 cab ride) and walking distance to causeway. The place was fine but my husband and I would have preferred a more central location if we were to go back (which we won't because we both hated Panama City).
