Hostel in Caracas

Does any one know a cheap and safe accommodation in Caracas for 2 days???
Please help, I was looking for, but the cheapest was about 100$ for night (dbl room) and it is still very expensive...

$100 is the cheapest. A Venezuelan hosteler here says to bring cash for a 25% discount --- credit cards/ATMs are very expensive for exchange in Venezuela.

US $ 100 seems excessively expensive! You can single occupancy in a doble room at a standard hotel in Altamira, considered as one of the safest areas in the city, for approximately US $ 60 a night (depending on the rate you get for your US $).
