Holiday Inn MUNICH-SCHWABING

I'm interested in booking at the Holiday Inn MUNICH-SCHWABING, Leopoldstraße 194.
Since I will have 2 kids with me (4 and 6 yesrs) I would like to ask you if the hotel is well served by public transportations and how long is to get to the tram/underground.

Not the best plublic transport connections.

Schwabing's a great area. The Holiday Inn is just a little bit north of the main pedestrian district of Schwabing. The nearest U-Bahn (underground) stop is Munchner-Freiheit, but its about 6 or 7 blocks walk. Not horrible, but not just out the door either. There is a bus which runs along Leopoldstr and a stop shouldn't be more than a block or two away.

If you want to be more in the pedestrian area closer to a U stop along Leopoldstr you could look at the Hotel Cosmopolitan or Best Western Konig Ludwig on Hohenzollern Str.
