Halong bay/Cat Ba Island Boat Tour

Hello,

My friends and I are hoping to book a tour for Apr 14, preferably 3 days 2 nights. We are looking for a bit older crowd (26-30) that's socialable. We aren't really looking for too party of cruises like the Vietnam Backpackers one but one that has some partying.

Any suggestions on companies would be great!
