Guide and maybe driver in Addis

Hi to all
I have a 20 hr layover in Addis due to flight schedules and I want to see some sights in Addis . It will be 05/12.
I was there 21 years ago!
Does anyone know good guide maybe with a car who could take me around 6-8 hrs? I also speak Italian, French, Spanish so the language is no problem. I don't want to pay a fortune.
Can anyone give me any recommendations?

Three options: a travel agency, a taxi-driver and a guidebook or a guidebook and using if needed a public transport/contracted taxi for some lifts.
There is no real city center but it's not too difficult to visit the different places by your own or at least some of the places.

I have no idea about the price of a taxi for a 6 to 8 hours tour of Addis but it will be better to have a list of things to see and you use a taxi between the places if you can reach the next one by foot.
You need a map and you will be ready.

A friend in Addis recommended a taxi-driver to me when I stayerd in Addis until two weeks ago. I have made only the best experiences with him. As my friend told me he often is called from the NGO where he is working, when a driver is needed. If you want his mobile number.... but I am new here I don't know how I could give it to you when I respect the rule to not post phonenumbers.....

I think, if you can be selective, you can reach most places just using public taxi + Walk except Mount Entoto(Top View of Addis)- that will be more fun and adventure.

Many professional guides available in Addis these times, just be careful from hustlers...inbox me, i will suggest you some guides and practical itinerary with MUST visit places.
