Guesthouse in Seoul for under $25 a day?

Could anyone recommend a clean guesthouse in Seoul around $25 a day? Single room with private bath (common bath is fine as well). Somewhere near the subway/metro will be preferable.

The cheap single rooms in guesthouse Korea are all taken.
