Grass (Disclaimer - Not the sort that horses eat)

So maybe a touchy subject but I am headed to Mongolia and not a huge fan of vodka so I am wondering if there is much grass or hash there? I would assume some filters in from Central Asia, but really have no idea. If so, does anyone know the legal/social situation? How about average prices?

It's illegal and not widely used - when Mongolians want to forget their troubles they just hit the vodka. In 2004 I knew a few people who somehow ended up at a party in the countryside where I believe there was hash involved, but it's not normal - this was the Mongolian hip-hop scene (yes, there is such a thing...)

when i lived there in 2003-5 some friends of mine found it growing wild around Darkhan.
