Golf course recommendation Yangon or south

hey folks - I'll be spending the next dozen days or so travelling from Yangon down south through Myanmar then back to Yangon. Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good value golf course to play (I play a good bit back home), I figured Yangon would have the most options but seems that Mawlamyine or Dawei may have a course or two. Was looking to spend about what I pay at home ($25-40) though I'm guessing I'll also need to pay to rent clubs and for a caddy. Any recommendations?
