Golden Eagle Festival

Hi all, I will be attending the golden eagle festival in a few days in Olgii, as I am sure many others are too. I am wondering on the accommodation situation as it seems there are only a couple of hotels in town and not much info on ger camps etc.

Does anyone know if it be possible to camp or stay in gers at the actual venue (which I believe is a few km outside of the town)? - And how this might be arranged?
