going to Jordan with Israeli stamp??Country forums / Middle East / Jordan | ||
Hello!! I'm planing a trip to middle east and I get a little confused with all the visas and borders and stuff...I just wanted to be sure that I can go to Jordan with the israeli stamp in my passport or ill be rejected as the other country around???? vanessa | ||
Yes, Jordan will admit you with Israeli stamps. However, make sure that if don't already have a Jordanian visa, you enter Jordan at a visa issuing border crossing. I lived their in 2005, and at that time, you could get visas at Aqaba and the Sheik Hussein Bridge. King Hussein Bridge was a different story- we could NOT get Jordanian visas there. | 1 | |
Jordan has a peace treaty with Israel and there is no problem at all in going in with an Israeli stamp - or even an Israeli passport. Same with Egypt, if you are thinking of going there. | 2 | |
