GOA

i have just around 10 days of holidays, thats nothing, not enough time to travel, but im not the Ibiza type,

so i thought of goa, i have been a few months to india y few years ago, so i have no idea how goa changed.

any advice? i may fly to bombay, take the train down to goa, is there still this train? is it going every day?

any interesting villages to explore? explore a bit the different beaches, maybe go to some parties or be quiet. which are the good places?

i practice yoga, is there a yoga ashram in the region?
