Galicia - What to see.

I will be spending a week in Galicia and we'll be hiring a car and camping so we are quite flexible as to where we go and when. I'm not very familiar with the region and would love to know what you would recommend doing/seeing whilst we're there. Sightseeing, partying, eating. walking, beaches are all of interest! Also, is there anything to see in El Ferrol or should we not bother- doesn't seem to be much on the internet about it apart from it being Franco's birthplace. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
