| nick100108:34 UTC23 May 2007 | Hi all,
I'm planning on traveling from Nepal (Kathmandu) to Tibet (Lhasa) around August this year, and i plan to organise an overland tour from Kathmandu to Lhasa. However, I'm concerned about the risk of altitude sickness - I was wondering if anyone could give me any information about this [if there are certain tour companies which don't allow enough time for acclimatisation, how many days should it take to get from KTM to LHA with sufficient time for acclimatisation, etc]

I use Diamox.
