Football match in Esteli - tickets?

I will be travelling in the Esteli and Matagalpa regions in early October and I'm keen to go to a football (soccer) match. I see Real Esteli have home games against Deportivo Ocotal on 8th October, and Dirigen on 18th October.
Where would I get tickets for these games? or could I just turn up at Estadio Indepencia on the day?
Also I haven't been able to find out what time is kickoff.

Not too sure about Nicaragua, but I went to a match in El Salvador a few weeks ago. There were no presales of tickets. They were only available on the day of the game and at the stadium box office. We arrived an hour early for the match and had no problem purchasing tickets. The online information for Central American matches can be conflicting, so it's probably best to call the stadium once you arrive in Esteli to confirm the start time.
