Flying Mexico - Cuba - Mexico.

As part of my slow trip around Mexico this autumn / winter I have just thought that it might be a good idea to fly over to Cuba to have a look around for a couple of weeks or so. I would need to fly on a budget flight if that is possible and I'm not sure which airports in Mexico have budget flights to Havana. Any advice about the above would be most appreciated.
