Finding a Mountain biking tour! (And rafting)

Hi, i arrived in KTM a couple of days ago and i would like to join onto a Mountain bike tour.
I have 3 weeks available and currently no plan because my trip was very last minute.

Can anyone recommend any operators (not agencies) In KTM that I can check out to see if I can join onto a tour. Or am I better heading out to Pokhara to do this?

Check this place in Thamel : http://www.nepalbiking.com . I rented a bike there last fall. Good service. They are recommended by many cyclist on different forum.
