Is there a FAQ section fo Philippines?

Not specifically but there is one on SE Asia that covers the Phils

That's why I would like to see the Philippines having its own branch so there could be a dedicated FAQ at the top of the page.

I don't believe that LP will give Philippines its own branch. They've got so many reasons. Just look at the way they handle the Philippines in the guidebooks.

Well, one of the reasons RP doesn't have it's own branch is a general lack of interest. One signature in 10 days is not enough to warrant it. I think having it's own sticky thread at the top makes sense, though.
