family stopover in Tahiti

we are thinking about doing a stopover in Tahiti with our 5 and 2 year old girls for a few days to break up the flight home to England has any one done this before and could you advice on accommodation and activities with out any stress and hassle. cheers

If you are heading across to Moorea, which is easily and relatively inexpensive to get to from Papeete, I recommend Les Tipaniers for accommodation Les Tipaniers. The beach in front of the property is great for kids, you can hire boats and see the sting rays and the sunsets are beautiful.
