Is Fairy Meadow closed or open?

A Japanese group of 11 members from Sayo travel went to Fairy Meadow 3 days before along with 5 commandos from Pakistan army.

So, Fairy Meadow is open and Gondogoro La is closed.

i past the jeep stop 2 weeks ago...many jeeps were waiting there for clients...
