I'm in Lhasa right now, and I'm trying to organize a 9 day trekking trip to the Kanshung Face Base Camp of Everest. This trek departs from Kharta Qu, and it's in a much more remote part of everest. i.e. no tourists! And I'm told the views of everest are the most beautiful there are to be had (yes better even than E.B.C aparently.)
My plan is to depart on Sept 5th or there abouts, and I'll be returning to Lhasa or to the Nepali Border (flexible) on about the 15th of September. Looking for 2 to 3 people to join me...

Saw your note for trip to east face of everest. I am an English guy and in Tibet for 3 weeks (aprox) so the trip may fit my timetable. I arrived on the 30th and have hooked up with a Dutch guy who is looking for a similar trek.
I am staying at Banak Shol hotel (in LP) room 325. Also meeting another traveller with potential trek at the Internet cafe next to the Kirey hotel at 6 today , so if you are free maybe you could come by. If not contact on this email or slide a message under my door.
