English Language School "Free Bird Institute" in Nadi and Lautoka

Does anybody know the "Free Bird Institute" English Language school with campuses in Nadi and Lautoka?
It seems to have very competitive prices and caters mainly for Japanese and Korean students.
A link to any information (not the website) would be very much appreciated.
The big advantage, visa on arrival for me So arrangement on a short notice, I don't have the hassle of an Australian and NZ visa application and I could book the language course after arrival in Fiji.
