El Nido to Manila

Could anyone recommend the easiest/fastest way to get from El Nido in Palawan to Manila?

Seats on its new 50-seater planes are for guests of Bacuit Bay's El Nido Resorts; however, if space is available nonguests can book through El Nido Boutique & Art Café. Luggage allowance of 10kg is strictly enforced; anything over incurs a stiff penalty.
