E Visa problem

I have used the evisa service several times with out problems in the past

However despite applying a week ago and received a booking reference and confirmation that the visa is approved I have not yet received my Visa and despite emailing them I can not get any reply

beware if you you are using this service and want a quickish turn around

finally arrived after more than a week. I do not know if they have just been extra busy with people like me trying to beat the price rise or simply that the service is getting worse. (not even sure what the extra $10 is for these days)

I just applied for two on 10/28 - thinking the same - get them ahead for the same price and avoid a line at the airport. Took two days to get them back in my email. One of the visas was incorrect .. "male" instead of "female" - I emailed them not expecting to hear - next day they reissued it. I was actually quite impressed by all of this....
