Dubai to Abu Dhabi coaches

Im looking to get to AD from Dubai at about 11am.
I have been looking online for bus companies, and times, but I cannot
seem to find anything. Has anyone got any advice on this please.

There are buses running to Abu Dhabi from Al Ghubaiba bus station in Dubai. I think the cost is 20 Dirhams. They run frequently throughout the day. You can buy the ticket when you get to the bus station. There might be a queue if you are travelling on a Friday, but other days should be fine.
