Documents needed for TJ visa in Bishkek?

Do I need to bring copies of anything to the Tajik embassy in Bishkek to get a visa (US passport), photos or anything else?

I know european passports don't need any extra documents.

I (Swiss) did in in May. Just bring a passport picture (and of course USD). It should take 15 minutes...
