Do the bus way from Mrauk U to Mandalay have to get a MTT permission?

I am google this bus data, I want to go to Bagan from Mrauk U
I find that only bus to Mandalay, I have to get off at some stop.
Does anyone know that any MTT permission need for this bus route?

No I don't think you need MTT anymore. Its a long way by bus around 20 hours I seem to recall.

as above....there is NO permit requirement anymore for road/bus travel to/from Mrauk-U.

And do you guys remember the location of Mrauk U bus station? I can't find it on google map. And do you still remember the schedule time to Mandalay?

Mrauk-U is quite a small town so wont be hard to find the 'bus station'....
sorry, no idea of the schedules....do a search on Trip Advisor forum as there have been a few posts with the times for departures both directions...the Mandalay-Mrauk-U bus goes via Magwe, so you might have to get off there and get another bus to Bagan...(??)
