Diving in the Philippines in November: where?

Hi!
I am still looking for great new diving preferable within easy reach of Cebu or Manila with budget acccommodation.
Considerations:
- Bohol: Alona with daytrip to Cabilao or is Cabilao much better?
- Alcoy/Cebu
- Lilo-an/Santander for Sumilon?
- or other ideas... Mindanao?/Camiguin?

malapascua is great we spent 3 weeks there theres a shop called dive link its run buy a guy called garry also its the cheepest option at 15 us a tank every one else it costs 25 plus your are taken to the sites with europen divemasters the locals are all ways best

coron nice for wrecks dive with discoverydivers the owners name is gunter he found most of the stuff there do the cathedral (gunters cathederal) ..if you cant find gunter ask for murry he has a bar and will call gunter ... again we payed 15-20 us per dive i think we paid 18

How about Moalboal? Is there good diving beyond Pescador?

I was at Alona beach Bohal for diving last Feb was a good place . Dove with Genesis Divers and stayed in there house on the beach was a good time and fun diving with them ..
