Repeat participants are permitted if they had the one year Working Holiday Visa before. Canada's SWAP program has an exclusive IEP 12-month working holiday visa which is classified in it's own category allowing a participant to go twice. So if you had the visa before, and want to go again, it is possible through SWAP. | ||
