Desperately need a bike shop in Hanoi

Just unpacked my bike and have lost the end off one of my skewers. It's a mountain bike and all I could find at this late hour was a nut and washer that would suffice but keen to find a more permanent replacement before heading off into the hills tomorrow. Can anyone recommend a more high end bike shop that might have a mountain bike quick release in stock? Hope so.....

Ask a kid with a nice bike...your hotel staff, a taxi man, half the fun is finding it..personally
