Dancing & music in Nairobi?

I will be visiting a friend in Nairobi over Christmas and would like to go dancing one evening w/my Kenyan friend. Any suggestions as where the dancing is good and an American mzungu (not sure if this term meets the guidelines but it's how I've been described) would be welcome?

Also, are there good concert venues to check out while I am there?

Why don't you ask your Kenyan friend?

She does not go dancing much.
