We are currently in the Azuero Peninsula. Many other travelers we have met have told us that storms last week and this week in Bocas and Boquete have closed roads and trails (such as the hiking trail to Volcan Baru). Also, that the road between David and Bocas was closed, and that the border crossing into Costa Rica at Sixaola is closed. We have been searching this and other forums and have not been able to get any current information on this, except that there are more storms on the way to Bocas!
