Cozumel airport to Hotel transportation

Sorry if there is a thread on this as tried to search but couldn't find it. Booked a trip to Cozumel. Round trip transfer to hotel was $140 for 4 people!! I declined. What is the cheapest way? Our combined group will be 5 going to hotel and 9 returning to airport (including 4 small kids). Thanks!! Brian

The Cozumel airport has colectivo vans that charge per person. Taxis aren't allowed. It's been a long time since I used one of them, so I don't know what the charge is these days. I wouldn't worry about the return trip until it was needed. Your hotel can probably help - taxis or something.
