Cortina - Summer Activities/Advice

Looking for advice around summer activities in Cortina (hiking, cycling, wine tours).

I am traveling to Cortina at the end of June with 3 friends. We will be there two full days and looking to do some hiking. Is it possible to hike in the area without a guide/group? Also, was interested in doing a wine tour in the area. Looks like there are some bicycling tours, but we wont have bikes with us and did not see if these could be rented for the tours. Having trouble getting clear information about the area so hoping someone here can help!
