Cordillera Blanca (Peru) or Cordillera Real (Bolivia) in October?

Or any other high altitude long trekking suggestion in S.America in October?

I live in Asia and say if I have 3 weeks holidays this year, which means I can spend on trekking (excluding travelling time) for about 16 days.

Heard October is the beginning of the rainy season for Cordillera Blanca, is it still nice or should I opt other regions? - if so, where would it be?

Which of the two or any other routes would you recommend?

I ve done Everest Base Camp & Gokyo Trek in 16 days and Annapurna Trek in the past and very fit and love challenging.
