Climbing partner for Illimani

Hi!

I'm currently in La Paz and looking for a climbing partner to climb Illimani (6,438 meters) with me. I'd like to start the 4-day climb as soon as possible while the weather is still good. I'm planning to do this with a guide (2 people per guide). I asked around and it sounds like the cost for everything (guide, equipment, food, transportation, etc.) would be about 2,500 bolivianos each.

Over the past week I climbed Huayna Potosi and Pequeño Alpamayp without a problem, so I feel well climatized for the 6,400m peak. Before Bolivia I climbed Nevado Pisco near Huaraz, Perú and Volcan El Misti near Arequipa, Perú.

Hi Andrew,

I would be interested in climbing Illimani. I've climbed Yannapaccha, Ishinca and Vallunaraju in the Cordillera Blanca and by now spent about 3 month around 4000m elevation.
I'm in La Paz at the moment so let me know if you're still looking for a climbing partner so we can meet up.
