Cheap Cell Phone Belgium-Germany

Hi All,

I’ll be in the Cologne/Dusseldorf/Belgium area for just over a week and would like a cell phone, mostly so that I can be contacted in case of an emergency.

What’s the best/easiest place to buy something, perhaps prepaid, that’s cheap?

I will have a car.
