Cayos C. Islands

Is there anyway to go to the Cayos C. Islands from Trujillo and if so how far are they from Trujillo and how much time is required to go by boat?

Take a bus to New Armenia and a boat from there. The supply boat takes an hour or so, but you may have to wait for the right day. A private boat could be expensive.
