car with driver in Aleppo or Lattakia

Hi all,
first of all excuse my english please...

I plan to travel to Syria at the end of march, my itinerary covers mainly former principality of antiochia, crusader & muslim castles ruins etc.

As these piles of rocks are often out of beaten track i'd like to rent a car with english, french or russian speaking driver to get there. We will probably need to stay at different places for the night.

Can someone recommend a good rent a car company which offers this service or better a trusted individual :)
How much can I expect to pay for one day?
