Car Hire - Dawson City, Yukon

Hi

It seems pretty tricky to hire cars from Dawson City. But...we are arriving by river, and then want to take a car up the Dempster Highway (at least as far as Tombstone Park).

Has anyone had any success hiring. Any approaches considered!

We need the car 22nd to 24th July...

Thanks. I have though already thought of trying Google! These are all, as far as I saw, generic or sponsored links. The reality or a little digging reveals nothing. Further Bradt guide specifically adds there is no car hire in Dawson.

As I say, if you have any specific experience of hiring in Dawson, I'd be very interested.

There's nothing in Dawson. Even the places that rent them in Whitehorse generally don't allow taking cars on the Dempster.
