Camping in France and wanting to charge phone and batteriesCountry forums / Western Europe / France
Hi, | ||
In Paris at least, people who want to charge phones just go to a café and plug their phone into a wall socket. | 1
Many campsites have electrical sockets to hook up to the caravan. You'll probably find someone willing to 'lend' a socket for a few hours or so or you could rent one yourself! | 2
Don't worry, even if you're on a tent site the camping reception will often let you charge your phone at their office, the camping restaurant or a comparable place. Alternatively, if you go to an internet cafe to check your email while travelling, they never mind if you plug in wile you are doing so. | 3
You won't have any problem with that, don't worry. | 4
If you have a car, you can always get a car charger for your mobile phone, I think it's the same standard charger around the world? | 5
