Camping around Dubrovnik area

Hey there!

I am wondering about previous camping experiences around Dubrovnik area? Is it easy to find places to camp out in the wild as would be in Ireland? Kind of close to a beach or a nice forest or lake?

If you have any tips about that please give me a shout!

Wild camping is illegal in Croatia. That said, people do it but not in populated areas like Dubrovnik. Don't expect to find a secluded beach, private lake or nice forest. No beaches are unknown, no lakes and no real forests.
