Camel Racing

Hi! I've heard Dubai's camel racing track at Nad Al Sheba has been torn down but a new one was built at Al Lisaili. I can't figure out exactly where it is. Any idea how to get there? Times, cost, or any other pertinent information? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
