Bus to Batangas

Hi all!
I'm staying wit ha family in Mardaluyong and I am hoping to catch a bus to Batangas tomorrow morning (Wed). Which bus station should I head to (Cubao)?? I'll need to tell a taxi where to go!
I'm looking for an express ac type bus. Are these buses regular? In the LP they state they go every 15 from Batangas, but not a lot on what times from manila.

Just say Jam Transit terminal in Buendia. Most taxis know that. There are 3 bus companies there so it leaves as soon as full. If you are heading to Mindoro, get the bus heading to Batangas Pier. Otherwise most buses stop at the city proper.

ALPS have a terminus in Cubao on EDSA and taxi drivers should know it and can get buses to Batangas Pier
