Bus times

Perhaps I am dense, and its right in front of my nose, but I can't find any information on the Hedman Alas website that tells me how long various routes take or when they expect to arrive at their destinations. Anybody have an idea how long it takes from Antigua to Copan, from Copan to San Pedro Sula, and from SPS to La Ceiba? Thanks for any help you can provide.
