Bulkhead on Vietnam Airlines??Country forums / South-East Asia Mainland / Vietnam
I've read heaps about the bulkhead seating on TT but just wanted to know if anyone had any experiences with bulkhead seating on Vietnam Airlines.
These seats may be allocated to frequent flyers as they are considered very good,if you reserve a window and a aisle seat in a row sometimes the middle seat is left open,it all depends on how full the flight is,worse case is they sell the middle seat ,and then you offer the person the aisle or window in trade so you sit together | 1
Bulkhead doesn't always mean you get extra space. Sometimes it means you have a wall in front of you. Either way, you're generally not allowed to store anything at your feet (although VN Air doesn't always follow the rules). If you're flying from Sydney, you'll most likely be on a 777-200ER on VN Air. I don't remember what their seat configuration is in economy (somebody on here will), but it will either be 2-4-2 or 3-3-3 most likely. You should check with VN Air to be certain. | 2
Thanks for the replies. | 3

I meant you should call them. | 5
I've noticed often on Vietnamairlines that babies are in the bulkhead seats. Apparently you can't book ahead, as I do on other airlines, but if you get to the airport early you have a better chance. When I travelled with them a few weeksago there were lots of spare seats. | 6
Just talked to someone who flew VN Air 777 economy class yesterday. They said the seating was 2-4-2. | 7
