Bridges in Bartang valley

Hello,
A couple of days ago I wrote a question on the cycling forum about the Bartang valley. Unfortunately I got no answer so I think I should try this forum instead.

What I would like to know is the status of the bridges in the lower part of the Bartang valley in Pamir. I am going to cycle there in about a week from now and last year some of the bridges were swept away by big floods and I have heard rumours about not all of them being rebuilt yet.

Is there anybody who has been to the Pamir on bicycle, motorcycle or with a car who can tell me if the bridges are rebuilt and it is possible to pass through up to the villages in the inner part of the valley?
