border situation in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan

Hello, I am planning to visit Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan from mid-April to end of April before going on to China. I would like to know if there is any pass between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and China, Tajikistan and China that will be open during that period. Will the Irkeshtam pass be open in April. If there is no through road between Tajikistan and China, is there any flight between the 2 countries, how to get to China from Tajikistan. Grateful if anyone can help. Thanks.
