Boarding around Geneva

Hi all - Happy new year

Thinking of heading to Geneva for 2-3 days and then off somewhere for 3/4 days boarding. Any good resorts that are easy to reach from Geneva? Looking for something good for beginners and intermediates, good night life, and not too pricey! Cheers

Anywhere in Switzerland is only a few hours by train away so 'easy to reach from Geneva' is not really an issue.
