Belize or Honduras

I have 2 weeks in April and would like to do some diving in either Belize or Honduras. I've done some research but still can't decide which place to choose. I'm an advanced diver. I would also like to do some other nature stuff inland. I'm not too bothered about seeing temples etc.. as i spent 6 weeks in mexico a few years ago.

Any reccommendations?

I faced the same question a few years back and chose to spend 2 weeks in Honduras. I am an advanced diver and was amazed with the quality of dives. I also have very experienced diver friends who have dove in Honduras and raved about it! My decision to chose Roatan over Belize was based on my personal research which described Belize as a great diving destination but more crowded and expensive.
