Belfort Montbelier TGV to Ronchamp to Basel on July 14th

Hello. I'll arrive in Belfort Montbelier TGV on July 14th, 2016, at 9 am. My departure, that same day, is from Basel SBB at 18:30.

I'll have 10 hours to visit two places: Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp and Vitra Museum in Basel (2 hours in each). I wonder if that's possible. I wanted to rent a car from TGV station, but all companies I've tried to book a car with are closed on July 14th.

It seems I'll have to rely on public transport, which is OK, but I wonder if my visits will be feasible, due to the date and the poor connections between those places. I've made several searches, none of them very encouraging.

Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp and Vitra Museum in Basel will be both open on that day, according to their websites. Ronchamp site opens at 9 and Vitra Museum closes at 18.

Can anyone suggest a way to accomplish this? Thank you!

(I have an option yet: arrive in Basel at 10:30 —instead of Belfort Montbelier TGV—, but I think it doesn't help: it adds distance and shortens time.)
